Даний курс розроблено для магістерської програми «Науки про дані» з метою познайомити студентів з практичними аспектами використання моделей бізнес-аналітики в умовах невизначеності, конкуренції та можливості використання біржових контрактів. Для вирішення поставлених задач передбачається використання програмних продуктів, які допускають економетричну оцінку, інтерполяцію та оптимізацію. Проте основний фокус у курсі робиться саме на побудові бізнес-моделей, що адекватно описують відповідне бізнес-середовище і допускають можливість знаходження найкращого управлінського рішення.
Курс поділено на чотири частини, які об’єднані однією метою – прийняття інтегрованих цілісних рішень для максимізації прибутку, капіталізації бізнесу чи ефективного управління профілем маржинальності.
Усе навчання передбачається у змішаній формі лекційних та практичних занять з елементами контролю знань шляхом оцінювання домашніх завдань.
Загальна тривалість курсу – 20 занять.

Вимоги до попередніх знань учасників курсу
- Вища математика:
- лінійна алгебра (дії з матрицями, обернена матриця);
- математичний аналіз:
- диференційне числення, знаходження екстремуму функції з багатьма змінними;
- розв’язування рівнянь, апроксимація і інтерполяція.
- Економіка: базові поняття кривої попиту, функція загальних витрат, дохід, прибуток.
- Статистика та теорія ймовірностей: випадкова величина, вибірка, описові характеристики, функція щільності розподілу, лінійна багатофакторна регресія, метод найменших квадратів, дискретні та неперервні випадкові величини.
- Дослідження операцій: розуміння чисельних методів оптимізації функцій, моделі лінійного та квадратичного програмування.
- Фінанси: вартість грошей в часі, дисконтування грошових потоків, розуміння, що таке акції, облігації та похідні цінні папери.
- Програмування: базові навики програмування.
Дати проведення курсу
